Stress Reduction Meditation

Bring your yoga mat or blanket and pillow to lie on the floor and enjoy this wonderful guided meditation designed to help you let go of stress. Relax, refresh, and renew during this time set aside just for you. Cell phones must be powered off before entering the Meeting Room. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before start time to ensure that we can begin promptly at 7 pm. No admittance once the meditation has begun.
